Hello, I'm Kristen. Over the last 2 decades, I've forged a career path in the bustling San Francisco Bay Area as a Human Resources and Recruitment Leader. My journey has led me to consult on-site or work directly with renowned companies such as Google, Microsoft, Activision, Hilton, Essence Global, and frog Design. Originating from humble beginnings as a country gal hailing from outside of Eugene, Oregon, and Key West, Florida, I've transitioned into a suburban-urbanite, now calling Berkeley, CA, home.

Outside of work, I’ve always had a love for adventure. I’ve traveled to more than 80 countries, lived and worked in both the U.S. and Canada, and called 10 different states home along the way. Through it all, I’ve been grounded by my amazing husband and the constant companionship of my 15-pound mixed-breed Chihuahua.

Like many journeys, mine has included both wins and challenges, all met with resilience and determination. One of my longest-running challenges has been acne. I’ve been dealing with it since the fourth grade, and now in my 40s, I’m navigating acne alongside all the realities of aging skin. I’ve tried it all — lasers, lotions, potions, and everything in between.

That experience is what led me here. Through my blog, product reviews, Poshmark community, online store, personal skincare coaching, and special events, I share what I’ve learned and what’s actually helped. You don’t have to go through this skincare journey alone. I’m glad you’re here, my friend!
