Guest Post & Sponsored Content Guidelines

TheBossySauce accepts a limited number of sponsored guest posts that align with a focus on skin health through lifestyle, including sleep, stress, environment, supplementation, and overall wellness.

All content must provide genuine value to my audience and reflect the holistic, lifestyle-first approach the brand is known for.

Please read all the guidelines below before proceeding.

  • Sponsored post rate: $150 USD paid to TheBossySauce.com

    • Includes:

      • One published article on the site

      • Up to 2-3 relevant, non-spammy links

    • Content lifespan:

      • Guaranteed to remain live for 18 months

      • After that, it may be updated, archived, or removed at my discretion

        • (Most content remains live longer, but this is the formal policy.)

  • Content must clearly connect to skin health through lifestyle factors, including:

    Accepted Topics

    • Sleep quality and its effect on skin

    • Stress, cortisol, and skin conditions

    • Nervous system regulation and inflammation

    • Environmental factors (light exposure, air quality, bedding, etc.)

    • Supplements for skin health (e.g., collagen, vitamins, minerals)

    • Holistic routines that support skin health

    • Habit-based approaches to improving skin

    • Skincare practices, routines, and education (especially acne and aging skin)

    Example Angles

    • How deep sleep impacts skin repair and aging

    • The stress–acne connection (and how to break it)

    • Do collagen supplements actually improve skin?

    • Mushroom coffees for skin health.

    • Lifestyle habits that accelerate skin aging (and how to reverse them)

    Topics Not Accepted

    To maintain quality and relevance, we do NOT accept:

    • Generic health content with no clear skin connection

    • Purely promotional or sales-driven articles

    • SEO/link-building content with little reader value

    • Irrelevant niches (crypto, gambling, CBD, etc.)

    • Overly basic, low-quality, or AI-generated listicles

    Examples of Rejected Topics

    • Top 10 crypto platforms

    • General wellness tips for busy people

    • Best online casinos

  • Requirements

    • Word count: 800–1,500 words

    • Content must be:

      • Original (not published elsewhere)

      • Well-written and clearly structured

      • Educational and insightful (not promotional)

    • Content should include a clear connection to skincare, with preference for:

      • Acne-related topics

      • Aging skin / skin longevity

      • Practical skincare education and routines

    (Other skincare-related topics are welcome if they align with the overall lifestyle-first approach.)

    • Tone should align with a thoughtful, evidence-aware, lifestyle-first approach

    • Photos: One photo of yourself for the bottom of the article and one image for the article itself are required. No more than these two, will be included without additional charge.

    • Maximum of 2-3 links

    • Links must be limited to:

      • The writer’s website

      • The writer’s social media profiles

      • Credible sources (research, educational, or news-based references)

    • Affiliate links are not allowed from contributors

    • TheBossySauce.com reserves the right to:

      • Add its own affiliate links where appropriate

      • Include a limited number of ads within the content (never excessive)

    • I also reserve the right to:

      • Remove or adjust links

      • Add rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored" attributes

      • Decline overly commercial or irrelevant links

  • I reserve the right to:

    • Edit for clarity, tone, and alignment

    • Request revisions before publishing

    • Decline or cancel content at any stage of the process, including after submission or drafting

    The most common reason for rejection is content that feels overly promotional, sales-driven, or not aligned with my audience.

    All submissions must be authentic, genuinely helpful, and written with the reader in mind—not created primarily for promotion or backlinks.

    Content that does not meet these standards will not be published.

    Additionally, if the publisher, brand, or associated entity is involved in or generates negative press, reputational concerns, or misalignment with TheBossySauce brand, content may be removed at any time, without notice, to protect brand integrity.

Once we align on your topic, we’ll confirm your spot, and you’ll submit payment. This ensures your post is reserved and moves into the content queue.

Submit Your Draft

You’ll submit your completed article based on the agreed topic and guidelines. Content should be polished, aligned, and ready for review.

Review & Refine

All submissions are reviewed for quality, tone, and fit. Edits or revisions may be requested to ensure the content aligns with my audience and standards.

Publish & Go Live

Once green-lit, your post is scheduled and published. It will remain live for a minimum of 18 months, with ongoing visibility to my audience and search engines.
