Episode #1 - Mireya: Senior HR Manager

I’m Kristen. An HR and Recruitment leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Interview Project is a Podcast Series where I get to interview candidates for a job, but there’s no actual job…. Wait, what? Instead of actually applying to a real job, we use the opportunity as a tool to provide feedback… you know? The thing most Recruiters are hard pressed to give to candidates.

In this podcast episode, I’ll be interviewing Mireya, and experienced HR Manager, looking to take that next step in her career to a Senior HR Manager. Here’s some additional context if you want to follow along with the visuals.

From Mireya:

“I am a lifelong learner - and part of this has includes earning what is working (or not working) for me in the search for my next career move. I'm delighted to to be of service, hear feedback and help spread the wealth of what works for anyone else that is in the midst of a career transition. “
